• Does ORA own the equipment shown on the website?

  No. The photography represents equipment markets ORA can source. It is not ORA inventory or an offer to sell a pictured machine.

• Can ORA search for a specific manufacturer or capability?

  Yes. A search can begin with a preferred manufacturer or model, or with the application, capacity, tolerances, facility constraints, budget, and timing that the equipment must satisfy.

• Who inspects, negotiates, and pays?

  The buyer remains responsible for final inspection and diligence. Buyer and seller make all binding decisions, negotiate, pay, and transact directly; ORA does not take title or hold buyer funds.

• When is seller information released?

  Seller information is released through the applicable protected-introduction process after the relevant protection terms are accepted.

• What happens after I submit a requirement?

  ORA reviews the requirement, follows up on material gaps, and begins a focused search when the request is actionable. Submission is nonbinding and does not authorize a purchase.
