These terms govern use of the ORA Solutions, Inc. (“ORA”) website. They concern website use only. A separate sourcing, introduction, protection, or other agreement controls the applicable commercial relationship and prevails if it conflicts with these website terms.
Informational website
Website content is general information about ORA's independent buyer-side sourcing and introduction service. Submitting a requirement is nonbinding and does not obligate ORA to locate equipment, obligate a buyer to purchase, or create a binding equipment offer.
Equipment and transaction boundaries
ORA does not take title to equipment or hold buyer funds. Availability, specifications, configuration, condition, history, pricing, seller authority, and seller information require confirmation for each opportunity. Buyers and sellers perform their own due diligence, negotiate their own transaction, and transact directly.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers remain responsible for determining whether equipment and transaction terms meet their needs, including inspection, documentation review, technical and regulatory suitability, valuation, logistics, taxes, professional advice, negotiation, and the final purchase decision. Website material is not a warranty, certification, appraisal, engineering opinion, legal advice, or guarantee.
Sourcing relationships
Seller identities, direct source details, and protected opportunities may be withheld until the applicable protection terms are accepted. Protected sourcing and introduction relationships remain subject to the relevant ORA agreement. Nothing on this website grants a right to bypass ORA or changes an existing agreement.
Website use and content
You may use the website for legitimate business inquiries and evaluation of ORA's services. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive information, or use site content to impersonate ORA. Third-party links and credited images remain subject to their respective owners' terms.
No guarantee of uninterrupted access
ORA may update the website and cannot guarantee that every page, feature, or item of information will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ORA is not responsible for a purchase decision made solely from representative website content rather than opportunity-specific diligence.
